Cathy is a 37 year real estate industry veteran and has built a reputation based on honesty, integrity and trust. Repeat clients and customers are the trademark of her success. She once listed and/or sold the same property four times representing both sides of the transaction in one capacity or the other. Cathy takes great pride in assisting a buyer, helping them navigate the process from finding the home, through the inspections, the financing and ultimately the closing.

Cathy has two adult children, Greg and Nick, and a grand daughter Kinsley. Her passion is spending time with family and friends and nurturing meaningful relationships.

She has assisted her children, her very own property brothers, in creating a portfolio of ownership to include a multi-family, a single family and condos. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
